Our New Jersey
service areas.

We recently had our sewer line repaired by Just Drains and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process. They arrived when promised, completed the work efficiently, and left the area clean when they were finished. Highly recommend!

We had to call Just Drains last Sunday. Within an hour, Paul was here. He was able to unclog our line but found a place it was catching. They were able to get a guy here with a camera in the next hour and found our pipe was crushed. A crew was here shortly and spent the next 5 hours hand digging to our crushed pipe. They got the work done, all on a Sunday, and were such kind, friendly guys.

A company who actually means that they’re 24/7 service! I called for an emergency at 11:30pm for a clogged toilet and drain. Within 2 minutes, a text came through stating a technician, Tim, was on the way. He called me directly and gave an ETA, and in less than an hour he arrived. Super friendly, and he saved us from disaster.

For starters it’s great when you can call a company on a Saturday and they answer the phone. They promptly scheduled service for Sunday morning. Their guy showed up right on time. His name was Richie and he did a great job. Great communication from the company start to finish.

Awesome company with awesome staff! Every single person who was involved with my broken sewer pipe was friendly, honest and empathetic. This was a big job with a lot of jackhammering of concrete, cutting of blacktop and so much digging, and they did it all in one day! I could not be more pleased.

I had a plumbing emergency at my elderly parents house, and I called Just Drains in a panic. They responded within an hour. Paul the technician was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. He fixed the problem quickly without any mess. The pricing was great and no surprise charges.

I called early in the morning regarding a clog in the kitchen sink. Anthony arrived by 11. He was polite and worked neatly. The experience was great and the drain was fixed!

Very happy with the service. Honest and professional. Paul explained exactly what had happened, offered options to address the issue short and long term. Finished the job on time, tested, and cleaned everything after. Highly recommended.

Excellent. We had an emergency at our gym on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone come out within hours of our call and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for the service.

We had a visit from Just Drains today to unclog the sewer pipe in the house. Paul Fernandez, the technician, was super nice! Very knowledgeable and professional, he explained all the steps of the procedure to clear the sewer blockage, and then executed those steps with a smile. They also gave us suggestions for future maintenance.

I had a sewer pipe issue from the house to the road and you sent out a technician, Anthony, who couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, helpful, kind, understanding and personable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a drain company to make this call. They were out within a couple of hours after I called and the price was fair.

Replaced drains in the basement. Wonderful job. All technicians were friendly and professional.
