Drains and sewers are all we do, and that focus changes what happens on the first visit. Our trucks carry cable machines, hydro jetters and inspection cameras as standard equipment rather than something booked for a return trip, so we can diagnose the line and clear it in the same appointment. Matching the method to what the camera actually shows
A localized clog and a collapsed pipe can produce the same slow drain, and they call for very different work. We look first, then decide. Cabling opens a fresh blockage cleanly. Hydro jetting strips a coated line back to bare pipe. A camera inspection tells us which one your line needs and whether the pipe underneath is sound. If the footage shows a cracked, offset or bellied section, we show you the footage and talk through sewer line repair rather than selling another clearing that will fail again in a month.

We had to call Just Drains last Sunday. Within an hour, Paul was here. He was able to unclog our line but found a place it was catching. They were able to get a guy here with a camera in the next hour and found our pipe was crushed. A crew was here shortly and spent the next 5 hours hand digging to our crushed pipe.
